Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Concerns

Because herbal products are consumable and personal care items, our general policy is all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is a legitimate issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
