Lemon Ginger Turmeric Wellness Shot
Warm lemon juice with ginger, turmeric, cayenne and honey, is an excellent preventative and remedy for colds, coughs and congestion. 1/2 cup hot water 1 lemon squeezed 1 teaspoon ginger root powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder dash of cayenne pepper honey to taste You can make it as hot or mild as you prefer. Drink 2 ounces every morning as needed. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. |
